On Saturday, December 19, 2009, of Germantown, MD. Beloved wife of the late Dolan R. Spitler, Sr.; loving daughter of Robert and Anna Riggins; devoted mother of Dolan R. (Amy) Spitler, Jr. and Sheri (Thomas) Gibson; loving grandmother of Michael, Ryan, Hannah, Samantha and Riley; sister of Roberta Livermore, Arlene Shanaberger, Richard Riggins and Deborah Riggins.
