CARL S. SHUTTA
On Friday, October 30, 2009 of Rockville, MD. Beloved husband of Mary S. Shutta for 59 years; father of John Shutta, M.D. and Paul J. Shutta (wife, Peggy); brother of Leonard Shutta of Nanticoke, PA. Also survived by five grandchildren, Marc, Jamie, Kevin, Rob and Christy; and one great-granddaughter, Kaylie. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking), Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Shrine of St. Jude Catholic Church, 12701 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD on Tuesday, November 3 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to St. Jude”s Children”s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
