On Sunday, July 12, 2009, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Thomasina Setzer; father of Debbie (Henry)  Brehm, Gary (Trenny) Setzer, Roy (Karen) Setzer, Jr., Nancy (Chris) Breslin, Jill (Buddy) Whetzel and the late Bill  Setzer (surviving wife, Michele);  brother of Alice (Bob) Pinnock.  Also survived by  13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and other loving family and friends .  Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Service will be held at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 3101 University Blvd, West, Kensington, MD20895, on  Friday, July 17, at 11 a .m.  Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Resurrection Lutheran Church or to the Wheaton Volunteer Rescue Squad, 11435 Grandview Ave., Wheaton, MD 20902.
