On Tuesday, May 26, 2009, David Lee Reiter, of Gaithersburg, MD. Beloved husband of Regina A. Reiter; son of Delmar “Bill” Carter, the late Mary Lou Carter and the late Gaylord Milton Reiter; father of Michael (Megan) Reiter and Lindsay (Matthew) Lowe; brother of Diane (William) Rankin and James (Bonnie) Carter; grandfather of Jack Reiter. Also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, 500 University Blvd., West, Silver Spring, MD, Friday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Church 10103 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Saturday, May 30, at 10:30 a .m.
