On Monday, August 31, 2009, of Kensington, MD. Beloved father of Daniel R. Mentzer; brother of Yvonne M. Sabine, Carol F. Ford, Dale F. Mentzer and Sallye D. Romagna. Also survived by close friend, Lynne Flannery and other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Woodside United Methodist Church, 8900 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring, MD on Wednesday, September 9, at 10 a.m. Interment Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg, WV.
