Hopkins of Silver Spring, MD.  Beloved husband of Carole Hopkins; son of Bob and Betty Hopkins; brother of Laurinda (Richard) Taliaferro and the late Karen Hopkins; uncle of Richard Hopkins and Ashley Taliaferro.  Relatives and friends may call at Woodside United Methodist Church, 8900 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD on Thursday,  May 7 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm with memorial service at 2:00 p.m.  Interment Private.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Montgomery County Unit, 11331 Amherest Avenue, Silver Spring, MD  20902.  Arrangements by COLLINS FUNERAL HOME.
