Suddenly, on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 of Rockville, MD. Beloved brother of Carrolle Harris-Smalls, Charles Harris, Sr., Shauna Harris and Albert Harris; son of the late Patsy Ruth and Albert Leon Harris, III; uncle of Shamon and Sharee Smalls, Charles Harris, Jr., Spencer Harris, Ashley and Caitlyn Smalls; nephew of Dillard Mays, Sr. Also survived by numerous cousins and extended family.
