On Thursday, June 25, 2009, of Bethesda, MD. Beloved husband of the late Helen K. Bromley; father of Penny Garland, Bill Bromley, Robyn Connor, Terre Gates, Lisa (Vince) Naples, Bruce (Kelly) Bromley and Kristyn (Mike) Williams. Also survived by 18 grandchildren and  two great-grandsons. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Holy Cross Church, 4900 Strathmore Avenue, Garrett Park, MD, on  Wednesday, July  1, at 10 A .M.  Graveside service at  Arlington National Cemetery on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at 10 AM. Everyone attending please meet at the administrative building at 9:30 AM. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Catholic Charities of Washington, DC, 924 G St., N.W., Washington, DC 20001.
