On Sunday, June 14, 2009, of Rockville, MD. Beloved husband of Mary S. Bly; father of Penny Isaacs, Jim and Ted Bly and the late Patricia Fuortes. Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, June 23 from 12-1 p.m. where service will be held on Tuesday, June 23, at 1:00 p.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
