DOMINIC M. BARRANCA (Age 93)
On Thursday, August 27, 2009, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Frances C. Barranca; father of Nicholas F. Barranca (Elizabeth) and the late Bridget C. Dale (Michael Dale); brother of the late Salvatore Barranca and the late Mary Orcino; grandfather of Donna, Steve, Paul, James, Matthew, Andrew, and the late Frances Anne. Also survived by six great grandchildren and other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd, Silver Spring, MD, on Tuesday, September 1, at 11 AM. Entombement Gate of Heaven Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
