NETTIE MAE NASH BANKS (Age 90)

On Saturday, August 1, 2009, of Silver Spring, MD.   Beloved wife of the late Isaac M. Banks; mother of  Anita Dianne, Susan Annette and Carole Yvette Banks; sister of Frank Nash and the late James Nash; sister-in-law of Willie Mae Banks, David and Julia Ann Banks, Sr., Edward and Johnnie Mae Banks Mosby, Hilda Banks, Yvette Banks and Lauranette Banks.  Also survived by a host of cousins, nieces, newphews and other loving relatives.  Family and friends will meet at Fifteenth Street Presbyterian Church, 1701 15th (and R) Street, NW, Washington, DC, on Saturday, August 8, at 10:30 a.m. for public viewing.  Service will begin at noon.  Interment at Arlington National Cemetery on Tuesday, August 25 at 3:00 p.m.  Memorial contributions may be made to Fifteenth Street Presbyterian Church (Scholarship Fund) or Prince George’s Community Church (Building Fund).
