WILLIAM H. ATKINSON (Age 91)
On Sunday, November 29, 2009, of Potomac, MD. He was the beloved husband of Ann M. Atkinson; father of Helga A. Ryan; grandfather of Jamie Ryan (Trisha), Billy Ryan, Colleen Gilmartin (Steve) and Max Ryan (Janine). Also survived by six great-grandchildren, Casey, Aidan, Ava, Quinlan, Charlie and Ryan Ann. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Wednesday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church, Falls and Dunster Rds., Rockville, MD on Thursday, December 3, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 11240 Waples Mill Rd., Suite 402, Fairfax, VA 22030.
