Alfaro; loving father of Eliana (Stephen) Mann and the late Carlos O. Alfaro, Jr.; grandfather of Karina Alfaro, Alessandra, Sebastian and Valentina Mann. Relatives and friends may call at at St. Bernadette’s Church, 72 University Blvd. East, Silver Spring, MD, on Tuesday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with Fire Department Memorial at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Bernadette’s on Wednesday, July 8, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
