On Tuesday, January 26, 2010, of Glenn Dale, MD. Beloved husband of Evelyn Jeanne Alberding; father of Carole L. Hughes (Craig), William C. Alberding (Mary), Debrah L. Cooper, Marc T. Alberding and the late Arthur V. Alberding Jr.; brother of Conrad Alberding. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, February 1, 2010 at 11 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 14720 Annapolis Rd., Bowie, MD. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
